Efficient press cleaner originally made for newspapers requiring a product with no harsh chemicals, chlorinated hydrocarbons or carcinogenic materials. Contains high performance emulsifiers that make product water miscible and low VOC (VOC <2.5 lbs/gal or <300 gms/l) when mixed with 65% water. 142°F. flash point is non-regulated, non-red label by DOT standards for ground transportation.
